The Institute of Arts & Law offers knowledge and training in all aspects of the law relating to art and cultural heritage.
Intellectual Property Oral Histories project collects and makes public interviews with retired barristers, solicitors, civil servants, activists and academics involved with intellectual property law. Most of the material has been collected by Jose Bellido.
The Virtual Museum gathers images of materials that have been at the heart of many of the key intellectual property cases. Traditional law reporting rarely included such images or texts, while understanding of the cases is significantly enhanced by viewing these materials.
Lydiate, H. (1976-2019) Art Law. London: Art Monthly. The Artlaw column has been published as in Art Monthly since 1976. It aims to raise awareness and understanding of the law relating to the visual arts in the UK. Artlaw also contains dozens of frequently asked questions on all aspects of art and the law, and short films on our ArtlawTV channel.
