Legal Issues

The Virtual Museum gathers together images of materials that have been at the heart of many of the key intellectual property cases of the twentieth century. Traditional law reporting, probably for economic reasons, rarely included such images or texts. It argues that understanding of the cases is significantly enhanced by viewing these materials. Most of the documentation is been collected by Jose Bellido and displayed under the roof of Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Law, University of Cambridge.
