On With The Show, Supporting Local Arts and Culture report focuses on local governments as the most strategic and delivery partners of Arts Council. It comprises case studies of local councils with different types of thinking to ensure their commitment to arts and culture with the challenge of declining resources. It aims to show how local councils have tackled with the challenges and applied new ways of thinking to inspire other local governments.
