This report discusses findings from Inequality, Class and the Pandemic (ICP), a research and collecting project undertaken at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jerwood Arts and the Bridge Group (2019) Socio-Economic Diversity and Inclusion in the Arts: A Toolkit for Employers. London: Jerwood Arts. This toolkit focuses on the socio- economic background and recognises it as a ‘protected characteristic’ alongside other identity markers such as gender, sexuality, disability and ethnicity under the Equality Act 2010. It aims at all arts and cultural organisations and individuals interested in taking action to advance socio-economic diversity and social equality, and achieve excellence.
The BAFTA 2020 REVIEW recommends solutions to put in place for the 2021 Awards and beyond, including all aspects of the voting processes, membership and the rules around campaigning.
Index on Censorship is a non-profit that campaigns for and defends free expression worldwide. One of its special focus areas is artistic freedom. The site displays cases of artistic censorship and also provides assistance to those in cultural sector facing issues of censorship.

The publication is aimed at a broad – but not necessarily legal – public and explains the most important issues of the EU gender equality acquis.
Art Council England (2019) Equality, Diversity and the Creative case: A Data Report 2017-2018. London: ACE. Equality, Diversity and the Creative Case is the fourth annual report by Arts Council England. It is also the last one focusing on the 2015-18 National Portfolio cycle.
